Group Visits to the Valentine

The Valentine’s curriculum for adults seeks to expand a person’s appreciation of Richmond’s past. Audiovisual presentations are conducted by the Valentine’s curatorial and education staff and, when held on-site, can include related artifacts from the collection or a current exhibition. We offer the following options for groups. Reservations are required for groups of ten or more.

Wickham House Tours

Groups of 10 or more can arrange special guided tours of the 1812 John Wickham House, a National Historic Landmark and one of the Valentine's greatest treasures. Creating History: The Valentine Family and the Creation of a Museum is available on the second floor of the Wickham House.

Gallery Tours

Galleries are self-guided and contain a variety of exhibitions.
