Exploring Black History with BHMVA and The Valentine

Join the Black History Museum of Virginia and the Valentine for a day long teacher professional development. Participants will explore galleries at the BHMCVA and learn about  Richmond focused primary sources that can be utilized hand in hand with performance based assessments. Geared towards high school teachers interested in developing regional placed based lesson plans using Richmond or Virginia history.
