Located just across the banks of the James River, Manchester was incorporated into Richmond in 1910. Join us for a walking tour of this hip, urban area which is undergoing a massive transformation. Explore this once independent city’s pre Civil War past and look at how industrial space is being redesigned for work, living and art space in the 21st century.
