The perfect tour to discover Richmond’s history from its early days during the Revolutionary War to its current renaissance as an arts and culinary destination.

Join the MOST experienced tour guides in Richmond as you visit Thomas Jefferson’s Capitol building, the White House of the Confederacy and the Governor’s Mansion.  Learn about the burning of Richmond in the last days of the Civil War, and the Civil Rights protesters who brought the struggle to Richmond. Along the way we’ll discover an unused crypt prepared for George Washington’s body, the story of the murder of a founding father, and a national landmark building that looks like it was transported from banks of the Nile.  Finally, take an exclusive look inside the nationally recognized Monumental Church, built to commemorate the victims of Richmond’s horrific Theatre Fire of 1811.

Tour ends at the Valentine and ticket includes admission to the museum.
