Music in the Garden Spotlight: Harry Wilson Quartet
The first Music in the Garden concert on June will feature music by Gull and the Harry Wilson Quartet. The concert is from 6-8 p.m. and free and open to the public. Learn more about the Harry Wilson Quartet.
During the first three Thursdays in June, the Valentine will host three live concerts in the historic garden. This new concert series will pair performances by individuals and ensembles to bring diverse audiences together in one venue.
Thanks to the generous support of the Carpenter Foundation and CultureWorks Richmond, each concert is free and open to the public
Parking in area decks and on-street is available. Street parking is free after 6 p.m.
Each event will feature a local food vendor and brewery.

All concerts are from 6-8 p.m. and in the Valentine Garden.
First Act
Jazz quartet led by the former vibraphonist of the Sun Ra Arkestra, the Frederickburg native has been making music, performing and touring the world for the last 50 years. The group has a new album of original compositions slated for Fall 2016 release.
Music in the Garden on June 2 will also feature Gull.
