The Valentine offers hands-on, interactive student programs and tours that enhance classroom instruction and make history come alive! All programs are compatible with the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) requirements and led by Valentine Educators and Guides.

At this time, the Valentine is not currently offering onsite group programs or tours. We are offering outreach programs, as well as virtual museum visits. Read more below or email education@thevalentine.org.

In the meantime, check out our  Virtual Valentine  page for online student resources.

Virtual Museum Visits

The Valentine’s virtual museum visits offer the opportunity for students and teachers to experience our collections from home or the classroom in real time. Join one of our Valentine Educators on a live exploration of the museum’s galleries and historic home, designed to engage young learners and connect to your curriculum.
