As the Richmond community confronts the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic by staying at home and avoiding most social interactions, one question has risen about all others: “when can I get a hair cut again?”

In true Valentine style, we’re taking a unique look at this moment in our shared history by inviting Richmond Region residents to do the unthinkable: share photos of their COVID hair.

Whether you haven’t seen your stylist in months, avoided the beard trimmer or threw caution to the wind and attempted a do-it-yourself trim, color or full cut, we want to see how our neighbors are coping with the unkempt, the overgrown and the outrageous.
