Richmond’s African-American History Bus Tour

Celebrate Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, with a tour honoring Richmond legacies of resilience, resistance and remarkable achievement.

Tour Notes:

• Advance tickets are required. Tickets are $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Not yet a Valentine member? Click here to join. Members enjoy exclusive discounts on tours! Tickets are non-refundable.
• Accessibility: People of all abilities are encouraged to join us. If you would benefit from a wheelchair accessible bus, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the bus is properly equipped by emailing tours@thevalentine.org.
• Tours are held rain or shine. However, in extreme weather, a tour may be cancelled. Notifications about tour status and cancellation will be sent to registrants via email. You can also call 804-649-0711 x 301 to verify a tour will take place.
